How to download your SQC Grain Passport

SQC Grain Passports are available to download through the FIA Auditee Portal.

Log into the FIA Auditee Portal.

If you need to register or reset you password, please read the guide below.

 

As part of SQC's commitment to digitising systems for greater efficiencies, as well as to reduce financial and environmental costs, SQC Grain Passports are now available to download and print from your farm office as required. 

Each passport is individual to you, so growers need to log into the FIA Auditee Portal to access their passports for downloading and printing. Once the passport is downloaded it can be printed off and completed as usual.

Below is a guide to the FIA Auditee Portal with instructions for registering for the first time, or if you have previously registered but have forgotten your password.

Please note that from Harvest 2026, all passports must be downloaded as they will no longer be sent by post.

It takes just a few minutes to register. 

The steps below will help guide you through the process. If you need any additional support please contact the FIA Team.

To register for the FIA Auditee Portal for the first time:

  • Please contact FIA Office on 0131 609 0558 to request FIA Auditee Portal Registration details
  • You will receive an email from no-reply@foodassurance.co.uk Subject: Welcome to INTACT Platform. This will include a link and user guide to set up your business profile. 

If you have already registered and accessed the portal:

  • Click here 
  • Follow the instructions to download your passport (available from 1st June)
  • If you have forgotten your log in details, you can reset your username and password within the portal. Sign into the FIA Auditee Portal with your email address and click on Forgot Password.
